Role Overview

Thence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for taking end to end recruitment responsibilities of company. This position requires a proven track record of working in technical hiring position. Talent Acquisition Specialist will make sure the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand based on the plan and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Taking Ownership of the end to end recruitment Cycle
  • Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand/supply.
  • Clarify the business need through kick-off meeting with the hiring manager. Based upon identified profile define the recruitment
  • Strategy (internal, external head hunting, etc.), and manage the process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage communication with candidates incl. process overview, interview, setting expectations, offer discussions, etc.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the leadership team.
  • Building pipeline for UI /UX design positions through alternate sourcing channels
  • Develop expert knowledge of recruitment in UI UX domain
  • Responsible for coordinating a large recruiting pipeline and meeting recruiting targets
  • Responsible Junior, Senior and midlevel level hiring
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of on-boarding programs for incoming new joiners
  • Promote Thence as employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media).
  • Provide general administrative support to HR team

Campus Hiring

  • Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results
  • Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
  • Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Thence brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers
  • Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.
  • Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus

Skills Required

  • Very strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and tools
  • Very good screening and assessing skills
  • Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan
  • Understanding of selling messages for each workforce in the organization
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Should be able to source candidates without using sourcing agencies
  • Experience in working with Recruitment Agency is plus point
