We are a Digital Product Success firm seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will analyse our client's business requirements and document and design solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, and project management, a fair understanding of product management, and a strong knowledge of software development processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Product consultants and clients to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and define project scope.
  • Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provides senior management and client stakeholders with regular updates on the deliverable timeline and project status.
  • Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and use cases to facilitate the development of digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs, are technically feasible, and can be delivered within the specified timeline and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
  • Evaluate whether the Design solution meets all the use cases defined for the project and provide a signoff.
  • Onboard the Dev and Testing team with the design deliverable and provide them with an end-to-end walkthrough of the use case and solutions.
  • Work with the Development team to facilitate use, edge, and error cases and Validate and sign off the unit testing cases. 
  • Work with the Testing team to analyse the test cases and coverages taken care of and provide signoff for the user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide clarity to the dev and test team to resolve any issues or defects identified during testing.
  • Drive and Maintain Root cause analysis meetings with team and client.
  • Create, Maintain and share regular report on Project Progress, Issues, escalations and Risk.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing use cases and user stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
